Standard Process
Process Step 1: Registration & Onboarding
Completion of application form and allocation of a dedicated relationship manager.
[The last date for submission of the application form is 10th June 2026.]
Step 2: Payment Confirmation
On submission of application form, invoice will be issued. Full payment must accompany the application form. Applications without payment will not be processed.
Step 3: Scheduling
Organisation confirms launch date for the Happiness Dialogue. All assessments must be completed on or before 30th June 2026 to qualify.
Step 4: Employee Data Submission
Employee data must be shared in the prescribed format within 7 days of submitting the application form . A representative sample is required to ensure a fair and balanced assessment.

Note: Minimum sample size must be met. Minimum 70% participation of selected sample is mandatory. Representation should reflect workforce distribution across key groups.
Step 5: Preparation
Includes system readiness, domain whitelisting, test runs, and sharing of communication material including leadership messaging.
Step 6: Happiness Dialogue
The assessment will remain open for 1 week with periodic reminders. Participation and sample criteria must be met for evaluation eligibility.
Step 7: Awards Evaluation
In addition to the scores from the Happiness Dialogue Assessment for Awards consideration, organizations are evaluated on:
Culture Audit Form This is designed to understand how deeply employee happiness is supported through an organization's people practices, policies, and workplace initiatives.
Jury Panel The final evaluation is reviewed and validated by an independent jury panel, including the Jury Chairman and distinguished industry leaders, ensuring the highest standards of fairness, credibility, and excellence.
Note: The decision of Happiest Places to Work® and the Jury Panel shall be final and binding.
Eligibility
Completion of the assessment process within defined timelines. Adherence to participation and sample criteria. Submission of all required data and documentation.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Data will be used strictly for assessment and program administration. Full confidentiality will be maintained. Data may be anonymised for research and insights. Data will be retained for up to 24 months. The participating organisation confirms that it has obtained the necessary permissions to share employee data for this assessment in line with applicable data protection laws.
Terms and Conditions
Full payment must accompany the application form. Participation does not guarantee certification, shortlisting, or an award. Organisations must not influence or interfere with employee responses. Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification or revocation. Participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Happiest Places to Work®️ reserves the right to modify timelines, categories, or evaluation criteria. Happiest Places to Work®️ may use the organisation's name and logo for program communication. No public claims may be made prior to official announcement. Liability shall be limited to participation fees paid. Subject to Force Majeure conditions. Subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai. Submission must be made by an authorised representative.
Authorisation and Declaration
I confirm that I am duly authorised to represent the organisation for participation in the Happiest Places to Work®️ Awards. I further confirm that all information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith, and that the organisation agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the program.
